Zara Online Order Return Email Never Arrived

I recently purchased a pair of pants from Zara’s online store and decided to return them. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I would receive an email with instructions on where to drop off the item. However, it has now been four days, and I have yet to receive any email.
I have no idea where or how to return the item, and I’m concerned that the return window might expire before I can send it back. This delay is unacceptable, and Zara’s customer service has been unresponsive regarding this issue.
I need immediate assistance in processing this return. If Zara expects customers to adhere to their return policies, then they should ensure their system actually sends the necessary instructions on time. Please send me the return details ASAP!
