Mokaunited Zara Charged ₺759 Without My Consent and I Demand a Full Refund

On April 23, 2025, Mokaunited/Zara charged ₺759 to my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I discovered this unauthorized transaction on April 26, 2025, and immediately realized that I had not made any such purchase.

I demand that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the full amount be refunded to me without delay. It is completely unacceptable for a brand like Zara to be associated with unauthorized charges, and such incidents severely damage customer trust.

If I do not receive a prompt resolution and full reimbursement, I will proceed with filing an official criminal complaint. I expect Zara and Mokaunited to take responsibility for this situation and to correct it immediately.
