Zara Sweatpants Ripped After A Few Washes

I purchased two fabric bottoms with zipper details for my baby at the end of the 2022 summer season from the Zara store at Istinye Park Shopping Mall in Turkey. Unfortunately, the zipper and pocket details of the bottoms began to fall apart after just 3-4 washes. This was incredibly disappointing, considering that the product had been worn less than five times and washed only a few times. The issue arose despite the season and the size of the product matching correctly. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the zipper part was attached using glue rather than stitching, which is not in line with the quality I expected from the Zara brand. I have always trusted Zara for durable and high-quality baby and children's products, but this experience has shattered my confidence in the brand. As a loyal customer, I hope that Zara will take responsibility for this quality issue and stand behind their products.
