Zara Sold Me a Defective Dress and Won’t Allow an Exchange Without In-Store Visit




I recently bought a dress from the Zara store in İzmir İstinye Park, and after getting home, I noticed that the dress had a defect. I immediately reached out to Zara's customer service, hoping for a quick solution. However, they informed me that the dress could only be exchanged in-store. The issue is that I don’t live in a city with a Zara store, so this policy leaves me stuck with a faulty product that I cannot easily return or exchange. It feels like I’m being forced to keep an imperfect item without any viable options. I’m asking for Zara to provide some flexibility and offer a solution that doesn’t require me to travel.
