Zara Return Return Policy is a Lie
I want to create a return request for my order, number 5419***8702, which I placed on May 24, 2025, shipped on May 26, 2025, and received on May 27, 2025. The deadline for returns is showing as June 23, 2025.
However, your website clearly states: "For online shopping returns, you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order." This means my return period should expire on June 25, 2025. Yet, your system is refusing to let me make a return on June 24, 2025! This is completely unacceptable. Your own policy is contradicting your system's refusal.
Zara, you need to honor your stated return policy and allow me to process my return immediately! Fix your system to reflect the correct 30-day return window and accept my return now!
As a result of my multiple conversations with Zara's WhatsApp communication center on 24.06.2025, which I will attach as screenshots, I received a response stating, 'Your request has been forwarded to the relevant teams. You will receive an email from us regarding the issue as soon as possible.' On 26.06.2025, the email, which I will also attach as a screenshot, was sent to me. There, it clearly states, 'We would like to point out that the maximum period for a return is 30 days from the shipping date.' However, I subsequently received a response saying, 'At this time, since the last day has passed, a return is not possible.' Since the shipment dated 26.05.2025 had not reached 30 days as of 24.06.2025, I believe my complaint was deliberately answered on 26.06.2025. I expect my grievance on this matter to be resolved urgently.
