Zara Order Not Shipped Despite August 4 Estimated Delivery Date

I placed an online order from Zara on 25 July 2026 for several products including a K‑pop Demon Hunter Netflix printed sweatshirt, a Lady Gaga T‑shirt and a stone‑detailed knitwear, with an estimated delivery date shown as 4 August. Despite this, my order status has still not changed and it has not been shipped. For more than a week there has been no progress or update on the tracking screen, even though the estimated delivery date is approaching. I find it unacceptable that the products I paid for have not even been dispatched. I request that my order be shipped and delivered to me immediately and that this delay be resolved as soon as possible.
