Zara Order Not Delivered Despite Being Out for Delivery
I placed an order from Zara (tracking number 23578063581900100099) on 05/10/2024, with an expected delivery date of 08/10/2024. On 07/10/2024, my order went out for delivery but wasn’t delivered because the “institution was closed,” even though no attempt to contact me was made. On 08/10/2024, the same thing happened—my order was out for delivery at 19:45 but again wasn’t delivered, citing the same reason.
I never received a call or message about these delivery attempts, and I’m at a loss as to why my package wasn’t delivered. The lack of communication and the repeated delays are frustrating. I would appreciate immediate support in resolving this issue and getting my package delivered as soon as possible.
