I Am Still Waiting for My Zara Order After Repeated Delivery Delays

I placed order number 5468*****42 through Zara’s online store on May 16, 2026. The shipment was assigned to Bir Günde Kargo, and since May 18, the tracking information has continuously shown that the package is “out for delivery.” However, despite this status appearing every day, no one has contacted me and no delivery has been made.

Each evening, the tracking history is updated with a message indicating that the shipment has been “carried over to the next route,” only for it to appear as “out for delivery” again the following morning. This cycle has been repeating for days without any actual attempt to complete the delivery.

I have also tried contacting Bir Günde Kargo by phone, but I have been unable to reach a real representative. Instead, I receive automated responses stating that other customers are being served, and I cannot connect with anyone who can provide information or assistance regarding my shipment.

Because of these ongoing delays and the complete lack of communication, I have been left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. As a customer who placed this order on May 16 and has patiently waited for delivery, I request that my package be delivered through Bir Günde Kargo as soon as possible without requiring any further effort on my part. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the repeated delivery delays and the current status of my shipment.
