Zara Has Not Refunded My Returned Dress Even After 19 Days of Waiting

I returned a dress in the store of Zara because the main fabric of the dress was pilling. The return status in the app shows "delivered," yet I still haven’t received my refund. My order number is 53119056427 . I have waited long enough 19 days to be precise , and this delay is completely unacceptable! If Zara has received my return, why hasn’t my money been refunded? I followed all the return steps correctly, and now my money is stuck with no explanation. I demand an immediate refund for my returned item. Zara needs to process refunds on time instead of making customers chase after their money. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible! I have contacted Zara so many times that they don’t even ask for my name anymore—they just know who I am. I also spoke with the bank, and they confirmed that no refund of ₺450 has been made. While my other Zara refunds have been processed, this specific one has not. I only have two such cases with Zara, but my total unreceived refund amounts to ₺5000. If the company contacts me immediately, I can provide all the necessary details, including receipts and credit card transaction records. I just want my money back and never want to shop here again. Otherwise, I will have to hire a lawyer and file a suit over this minor yet frustrating issue. Just refund my money—I really don’t want anything to do with this company anymore.
