Zara Fails to Deliver My Order After 4 Days, False Delivery Claims

I’ve been waiting for my Zara order for 4 days now, and they still haven’t delivered it. They never come to my address or call me, yet every day I receive an SMS saying my delivery will arrive, only to get another message in the evening claiming they couldn’t find me at my address. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for this order and feel like I’m being disrespected. I’ve reached out to Zara multiple times, but they have not offered any solution. Zara, I expect you to resolve this issue and deliver my order immediately.
