Zara Delivery Issue on July 17th

I purchased products from Zara on July 11th and was informed that they would be delivered on July 17th. However, my package did not arrive on July 17th. Despite contacting customer service twice, I was only told that there would be a delay, and no specific date was provided for the delivery. Experiencing such issues with a large company like Zara is disappointing. I am now reconsidering shopping at Zara in the future.
