Zara Delivery Company Lost My Parcel


The products I purchased from Zara on 26.06.2024 were supposed to be delivered by Sendeo on July 3-4, but today is July 10 and still no news? Is my package lost, what's the situation, and there's no one informing me about it! I called and asked customer service if my package was lost, and they said yes? It's sad that a big company like Zara works with such cheap firms! Now, how will my loss be compensated? I bought these products on sale, and now they're out of stock?
