Zara Customer Support is Not Assisting. Where is My Order?


On June 18, 2024, I placed an order and requested that it be sent to the store. Today is the tenth day, and they first informed me that my package had been lost, then stated that investigations were ongoing. Furthermore, they continue to end the call. They are not providing any assistance or solutions. Zara provides very poor customer service. They always say it's being investigated, but no one calls, texts, or emails me, and no one responds to my questions. I demand that my package be sent immediately. They've been lying to me for ten days, saying my case is being investigated.
