Last year, I ordered a coat online from the Zara Optimum store and then returned it to the physical store on December 5, 2024. To my shock, when I happened to check online, I saw that my refund is still pending months later!

How can a brand like Zara fail to process a refund for months and provide absolutely no information? This is completely unacceptable. You've had my returned item for ages, and my money is still being withheld. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for basic customer service.

Zara, you need to process my refund immediately! Deposit my refund for the returned coat into my account now and explain this outrageous delay.
