Undelivered Zara Packages
I placed an order with Zara United States online store on June 28th, 2026, for 9 clothing items with order number 54774472338, for a total of US$338.97. According to the tracking information, the order was supposedly delivered by Veho courier on July 2nd, 2026 at 6:38 pm to the West Tech Shipping warehouse in Doral, Florida, and delivery photos were provided showing boxes outside a building. However, after I did not receive anything, I contacted the West Tech Shipping agency. Following a thorough review and search through their facilities, including an area with unknown and damaged storage, they confirmed that my packages were never delivered to their Doral, Florida warehouse. In other words, despite the Veho tracking and photos, the shipment never actually reached the shipping agency. I then reported this situation to Zara customer service, explaining that the courier’s proof of delivery does not correspond to a real delivery to West Tech Shipping, and that the packages are missing. Zara customer service only informed me that they would get back to me within 48 hours, without providing any concrete solution so far. In this complaint, I am requesting that Zara conduct a serious investigation into the Veho courier driver who was responsible for my packages on July 2nd, 2026, so that this situation does not cause disappointment for other customers in the future. In addition, I expect Zara to either provide full compensation for the US$338.97 I paid for goods and services that were never actually provided, or to reship all 9 items from my order that I was eagerly waiting for.
