Zara Delayed My Online Order and Refused to Refund One Returned Item

I placed an order on Zara Turkey’s online store on 5/1, and since that moment, the order has been stuck in the "preparing" stage. As of today, 16/1, it still hasn’t been shipped. When I contacted customer service, they told me the delivery would be between 17 and 20/1 and suggested I cancel the order. I explained that I am traveling on 18/1, but they offered no solution. I also shared my complaint number, 184717105, but their service is unhelpful and repetitive. I’ve had previous issues with Zara as well, where I returned five items, but they refunded me for only four. When I raised the issue, they claimed no mistake had been made, and I was left unable to prove otherwise. This is unacceptable, and now I want to track my complaint because I am very upset with their handling of the situation. Does anyone have suggestions?
