My Zara Bag Strap Broke

I bought a bag from Zara's website, and the strap began to unravel. I went to the Zara store located at Bakırköy Capacity. They informed, 'We will arrange for it to be repaired and it should be ready in a week.' Upon my return after a week, they informed me that it might require additional time. It has been three weeks already. I wasn't given any information, and it seems like they're just trying to avoid answering my questions.
