On November 28, 2025, I placed an online order with Zara under order number 5444*72, and some of the items were missing from my delivery. Several products included in my order were not inside the package, and no explanation was provided for this incomplete shipment.
I contacted customer service through the WhatsApp support line, but they only respond in writing and I am unable to speak with anyone by phone. I want to explain the situation in detail and speak directly with a representative, but I am repeatedly told that “you can only write,” which prolongs the process and leaves my issue unresolved.
Since I will be traveling soon, I urgently request that the missing items from my order be shipped to me immediately. I would like this issue corrected as soon as possible, as I am experiencing inconvenience both due to the incomplete delivery and the inability to reach customer service by phone. I ask that my missing items be dispatched without delay.
