On June 26, 2025, during Zara’s evening sale at 20:00, I quickly placed an order through the Zara online app. My name is Rabia A***, and my order number is 5381*****43. My package was delivered today, but the skirt with reference number 8372/085 was missing from the box.
I immediately contacted both live support and the WhatsApp line, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation. I do not want a refund. I want the product I paid for, which was in stock at the time of purchase and was confirmed as part of my order.
Even if the item is now out of stock, it is unacceptable to mark it as "delivered" when it clearly was not. You cannot simply offer a refund instead of the product. I want the skirt I ordered and paid for!
I am deeply disappointed that a globally recognized brand like Zara could make such an amateur mistake. Please send me the missing skirt without delay.
