Disrespectful Behavior of Zara Turkey’s Customer Service
It’s impossible to communicate with Zara. My order, which I placed 10 days ago, still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but either no one replies or I get copy-paste responses that don’t address my issue. Moreover, for the item they did ship, they contacted the courier and requested it to be returned. I haven’t received my product, and they’re not refunding my money either. It feels like they’re intentionally avoiding responsibility, leaving customers completely helpless. They act this irresponsibly because no one takes legal action against them. Someone needs to initiate legal proceedings against this negligence.
