Zalando Lost My Sellback Items After Rejecting My Box

I used Zalando’s Sellback service for a box with GAP shorts and a GANT t‑shirt, sent under Sell box number 23531863525SE on 26/05/2026. After reviewing the box, Zalando rejected the items and informed me that they would be sent back to me. Since then I have neither received any shipment nor any clear information about the return of my items. In order to resolve the issue, I contacted Zalando customer service several times. The agents took a very long time just to read and understand my question, and on top of that, two different agents, Purity and Maureen, abruptly ended the chat without any explanation or solution. This conduct is completely unacceptable and far below what I expect from a company of Zalando’s size and reputation. I request that Zalando immediately investigate where my Sellback box and items are, ensure that my GAP shorts and GANT t‑shirt are returned to me without any further delay, and provide a clear written explanation of what went wrong in the process. In addition, I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and for the extremely unprofessional customer service experience I have had in this matter.
