Hello, I just purchased the Yves Rocher Monoi body oil yesterday. Even though it has been kept at room temperature the entire time, it developed white, frozen-like particles inside the bottle. It looks clumpy and unusable, and I’m seriously concerned about the product’s quality and stability.
I’ve used this body oil before and never had this issue. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I expected consistency from a brand like Yves Rocher.
I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible. I paid ₺ for a product that is clearly not in proper condition. Either replace it with a functional bottle or provide a full refund. I won’t accept faulty quality from a trusted brand.
