After the First Use, Yves Rocher's Monoi Body and Hair Oil Froze

I regretfully purchased Yves Rocher's Monoi body and hair oil. Unfortunately, the oil solidified after the first use, making it completely unusable. Unfortunately, despite the fact that the product has only been used once, it appears that the brand's return policy does not apply in this situation. This leaves me feeling uncertain and disappointed about what steps to take next. I had also purchased the spray variant, but to my disappointment. Now, I'm left hoping for a solution and a response from the brand, but I'm disappointed that I haven't received one yet.

Your response is freezing below 24 degrees, the weather is cold, you can turn on warm water. I think I couldn't explain it well. There are oils and serums from many brands in a small cupboard with a lid at room temperature, but among them, only this oil is so solid that it doesn't seem like it will dissolve.
