I Can’t Block or Report Ads on YouTube

I’ve had enough of not being able to block or report ads on YouTube. I understand ads are part of the platform, but at least give me the option to block ones I’m not interested in. Every time I open a video or watch Shorts, I keep seeing ads for a company, which I’ve never searched for and have no connection to. I’ve tried blocking the ad multiple times, and YouTube says I won’t see it again, but it still keeps showing up. I’ve even disabled ad categories, but the same ad keeps reappearing. Why is there a block button if it doesn’t work? Please fix this issue—I’m beyond frustrated!
