Check your subscription & charge first;
• Open the app or account page
• Confirm:
– Charge date
– Subscription status
• Screenshot the charge from your bank/card statement
Check where you subscribed;
• App Store (iPhone):
– Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
– Find Yousician → Check status
• Google Play (Android):
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Find Yousician
• Direct (Yousician website):
– Log in → Account → Subscription
Request refund through the platform;
• App Store:
– Report a Problem → Choose Yousician charge → Request refund
• Google Play:
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history
– Select charge → Refund/Report a problem
• Direct purchase:
– Contact Yousician Support via in-app or email
Explain the situation;
• Say you were charged for a period you didn’t use
• Provide:
– Registered email

– Subscription status screenshot
• Ask for a refund
