YouGov Removed My Points Without Providing Promised Cash Reward
I have been participating in surveys on YouGov for a long time and redeemed my 2,500 accumulated points on January 22 for a $8 virtual Visa card reward. However, neither was the $8 credited to me nor were my points restored to my account. My points are gone, and I feel like my effort was wasted.
My account is registered under the username “sevda.” After selecting the virtual Visa card, I did not receive any warning in the system; the transaction appeared to be completed successfully. Even after contacting the support team, I received a negative response and my issue was not resolved. If the virtual Visa card is not valid or usable, I do not understand why it is offered as a reward option in the app.
I request that my 2,500 points be returned to my account and that the $8 reward I earned be properly issued to me. I ask that my grievance be resolved and that this matter be reviewed again.
