YouGov Fails to Explain How It Protects Personal Data and Bank Details

Over the past week while using my YouGov account, I’ve been experiencing serious security concerns. Especially due to recent IBAN scam incidents being discussed publicly, I feel uneasy about whether the surveys on the platform—and the system overall—are actually secure.
I cannot find a clear, understandable explanation of what security measures YouGov uses to protect my personal information, bank account details, or other sensitive data. Because of this, I’m worried that my data could fall into the hands of malicious actors or be misused for fraudulent purposes. I also request that my account be closed and that all of my data be deleted.
I request that YouGov provide a clear, written, and detailed security statement that also covers users in Turkey, explaining how data is stored, how and to what extent it is shared with third parties, and what protections are in place for IBAN and similar information. I want this explanation to be easy to access and written in a way users can actually understand.
