I Face Discriminatory Ban Decisions by Yoho Live Support
The YoHo live-support agent’s ban decisions are not impartial — everything is done at his whim. For the sake of his ego, he’ll ban my brother in ten seconds for sending a message from his own account via live support, act as if it were me, and yet he won’t lift our bans. Keep giving admin rights to people like that and keep them in management. Then you expect agency owners and assistants like us to recruit people to the app. Doing this only drives people away from the platform.
