Yapi Kredi Bank Blocked My Salary Account Despite Existing Wage Garnishment
I am a Yapı Kredi customer and my salary account has been completely blocked even though I already have a wage garnishment. When my most recent salary was deposited yesterday, I realized that not only the money in the account but all my transactions were blocked and I could not use my account in any way. I have not been given any information about the reason for this full block. I contacted Yapı Kredi, but they did not take care of my problem and I still do not know on what basis this restriction was imposed on my salary account, despite the existing garnishment. Due to this situation, I cannot meet my compulsory expenses such as rent and alimony, and I am experiencing serious financial and emotional difficulties. I request that the blocks on my salary account be urgently removed, or at least that my salary be released in a way that allows me to pay my rent, alimony and compulsory living expenses, and that I be clearly informed in writing of the reason and legal basis for this block.
