Yalla Voice Chat Account “elgun 0507**” Inaccessible for Over a Year

I have been unable to access my Yalla voice chat account (username: elgun 0507*) for about one year. The account was originally registered with my phone number, but now there is no login option available using that number.

I use an Android device and have tried every login method provided by the app, including email login and password reset, but none of them worked. Despite all my attempts, I still cannot sign in. My account does not have any paid subscription or payment history, so there are no billing issues involved.
