My Phone Number Is Registered on Yalla App Without My Consent

Although I have never used or registered on the Yalla app, my phone number appears to be linked to an account. I submitted feedback, but no one has contacted me or provided any information. I have no idea who is using my number or when it was registered. Moreover, there is no contact number or proper support to reach out to for assistance. This is extremely frustrating, and I need help resolving this issue as soon as possible. I want to know who registered my number and how it can be removed from this app.
