Unable to Access Yalla Account After Phone Number Change
I recently changed my phone number and can no longer access my Yalla account since login requires a code sent to my old number. I want to update the phone number linked to my account, but I haven’t been able to do so.
Although my email is registered, it’s also tied to my old phone number, making it impossible to regain access through that method. This issue has left me locked out of my account with no clear way to resolve it.
I kindly request Yalla’s support team to assist me in updating my phone number and restoring access to my account. Prompt action would be greatly appreciated, as this situation has been quite frustrating.
