I’ve been facing a serious issue for nearly a year with the 8 Ball Pool app that I downloaded from the Google Play Store on my Redmi Note 9. Every time I try to join a match, the app crashes and immediately kicks me out of the game, making it impossible to play. This problem occurs no matter where I am and happens both on Wi-Fi and mobile data connections. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my phone, and checked for updates, but nothing has fixed it. I haven’t made any payments on my account, and if I remember correctly, my username is “yldrmh12.”
I’m not aware of any restrictions, bans, or support-related issues connected to my account. I really enjoy playing this game and would like to regain access as soon as possible. I’m requesting that the issue be fixed and that proper technical support be provided.
