Yalla 101 Okey Guest Account Banned Without Explanation

I have been playing Yalla 101 Okey as a guest player on my Huawei P40 Lite for a long time. Today, even though I did not violate any rules, I received a warning stating that my account had been blocked, and the screen says that I am banned until September 13, 2027. I have not used any cheats, insulted anyone, used profanity, or engaged in any behavior that violates the rules, so I believe that closing my account in this way is unfair.

Since I was playing as a guest, I only connected to the game through my phone. I was playing normally when this warning suddenly appeared, and I was not given any detailed explanation. As a result, I do not even know which rule I supposedly violated.

I request that this unfair ban be removed and that my access to the game be restored. If an actual violation was detected, I also request that you clearly and specifically explain to me which rule was violated and what caused the ban.
