Okey Yalla Hits Me With 10-Year Ban Over Internet Outage

On July 6, 2026, while playing Okey Yalla 101 through Facebook, I was hit with a 10-year ban on my account because of connection issues I experienced. I got disconnected from the game due to an internet outage and a power cut, and immediately after that, I received this lengthy ban. This situation happened entirely outside of my control, and there was no cheating, bad intent, or rule violation involved whatsoever.My in-game account is registered on Facebook under the name "Hüseyin Özdeş." Even though the disconnection was a technical and infrastructure-related issue, I don't think it's fair that such a severe penalty was applied as a result. I'm requesting that the length of the ban be reduced to a reasonable level, or lifted entirely if possible.I'd appreciate it if my account and game records could be reviewed, and if this penalty — issued due to an involuntary disconnection and power outage — could be reconsidered, so that this situation can be resolved.
