XM Global Deposit Problem — Kapital Bank Transfer Not Reflected in My Account

I deposited $79 into my XM Global account (Account No: 321131382) via local transfer through Kapital Bank. I completed the transaction about 24 hours ago, but the funds have not yet been credited to my account.
To resolve the issue, I first tried contacting live support, but I only received automated bot responses and couldn’t get real assistance. I then sent an email to customer service with my payment receipt and screenshots of the transaction process, but I still haven’t received any reply.
This transaction is important to me, and it’s the first time I’ve faced such a problem. It was a standard deposit, not part of any bonus or promotion. I request that my deposit of $79 be processed immediately and that my account balance be updated without further delay.
