Xiaomi Failed to Send Invoice for My Defective Device Bought Through Their App

I bought something through the www.mi.com/tr/ app, but I still don't have my bill. Both Mi Eko and Xiaomi have been contacted through all available channels, but no solution has been given. My device is broken and needs to be sent to be fixed, but I can't pay for the service without the paperwork. It's really annoying me that this is happening, and I don't understand why sending an e-archive payment is taking so long. I need this fixed right away because I'm stuck with a broken product, and Xiaomi's silence has made things hard for me. This has been a very upsetting experience, and it makes me less likely to trust the brand again.
