Xiaomi Sold This Device Without Proper Explanation,  Specified Details

On 5.08.2023, I bought the device from xaomi store vega avm (kazım karabekir mh. sehit omer faydali cad no 233 no 55 merkez yalova). When I brought the device available in the pictures home and installed it on the same day, I realized that the device had some problems that the seller should specify. First of all, the language of the device is foreign and there are problems with the shooting area. In addition, every time the device is turned off and on, it asks for QR code confirmation again. This makes it an inefficient device. When I went to them and explained the situation and told them that I had the right to return or exchange the product within 15 days, I could not get a result and I had to take back the old device. I want the necessary intervention to be made about this.
