Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Sold with Warranty Not Covered After Breakage

Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner I purchased from the Marmara Park store was sold to me as a product with a Turkey warranty. However, it broke down within only two months. Despite sending it to the service center, it was excluded from the warranty coverage under the claim of a “user error.” When I contacted Xiaomi Turkey customer service, I was informed that the product was actually of foreign origin. Despite the misleading information provided at the time of sale, neither the store that sold the product nor the brand has taken responsibility for the defective item, completely disregarding customer satisfaction. The distributor and the brand continue to point fingers at each other, leaving the consumer victimized.
