I bought 1 Redmi Buds 3 Bluetooth headphones. When it arrived, after using it 1 or 2 times, the left earphone stopped working. I left the headset with the Uono technical service and even though it was not used, a response was made by looking at the invoice date and saying that the battery cycle of the product was exceeded, and they said that they could not help me in my request to declare this in writing. I will either pay 715 ₺ without questioning and pay 700 ₺ for the earphone I bought and have the battery replaced, or I will buy the device that broke down after 2-3 uses and throw it away. These are the solution suggestions they offer us. I demand that they own their product and repair it free of charge.
