Xiaomi Petkit Pro Max 2 Smart Toilet Is Leaking

I purchased the Petkit Pro Max 2 smart cat litter box from Evofone’s website. I have been using the product for two months, and since the very first day, it has been leaking liquid from the side compartment where the odor filter is located. Every day, urine accumulates in a line at the bottom, and this problem keeps repeating during cleaning. In addition, even though the product is kept on the balcony, the odor filter does not work at all and the bad smell continues to spread. Despite paying such a high price, I am not satisfied with the product. It is still under warranty, and I have both the invoice and the warranty document. I have not contacted customer service yet, but if this problem is a general issue of the product, I request either a refund or a replacement. I kindly ask that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
