Xiaomi Note 13 Pro 4G Water Damage, I'm Having Camera, Flash, Sound Issues

I'm feeling quite frustrated at the moment! I purchased a brand new Xiaomi Note 13 Pro 4G with the expectation that it would be resistant to water and dust, making it an ideal choice for someone like me who is constantly on the move on my motorcycle. Well, guess what? I got caught in a heavy rainstorm, and unfortunately, my phone is no longer functional. The cameras are experiencing technical difficulties, the flash is not functioning, and there is no audio. I'm serious, Xiaomi. Please address the issue with this phone promptly or provide a replacement. I'm currently in Turkey, but I purchased this phone while I was in Uzbekistan. I'm prepared to elevate my efforts if necessary. This is absolutely absurd!
