I am Waiting Over a Month for a Simple Repair by Xiaomi
I had to send my Xiaomi Band 7 wristband to the service center because the touch function wasn't working properly. I'm still waiting, even though it's been nearly a month since July 24th. The duration allowed by law is 23 days. Within a week, they will diligently repair and promptly deliver the car in pristine condition. When I encountered a similar issue at Samsung previously, they assured me that I didn't have to worry. They kindly offered to pick up my device and have it fixed within a couple of hours. When purchasing a product, it's important to consider various factors such as product features, price, and more. From now on, I have decided to refrain from purchasing any products from this particular brand due to their unsatisfactory service.
Current Update: The Consumer Court has confirmed my justification. Those experiencing similar issues can definitely submit the matter to the Consumer Court via the e-government system in just a few minutes.
