Xena Live Complaint — Account Wrongfully Closed Over Advertising Allegation

I have not been able to access my Xena Live account for the past two weeks. When I try to log in from my Android phone, I receive a warning that says “Banned due to advertising.” My account number is 9274552.

I have no idea what kind of advertising-related content I supposedly shared, and I never received any prior warning about this issue. My account was a sales account and a high-level one, so this has caused me serious inconvenience.

I request that my account be reopened. I also want to state that I will not share any advertising-related content in the future. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved.
