Xena Live Won’t Let Me Delete My Account—No Response from Support
After joining Xena Live, I started experiencing issues with the agency I was assigned to. Due to these problems, I decided to delete my account, but the platform won’t allow me to do so. I have tried following the instructions, yet my account remains active.
To make matters worse, I contacted the provided support address, but I haven’t received any response. This is completely unacceptable! Users should have the right to delete their accounts whenever they choose, yet I’m being forced to stay on a platform I no longer want to be a part of.
Xena Live, I demand my account (ID: 6502145) be deleted immediately! I expect a quick response and resolution.
