I Reported User ID 16673363 for Abusive Behavior on Xena But No Action Was Taken

I am an active broadcaster on the Xena platform and have consistently followed community guidelines to create a respectful environment for my viewers. However, on June 10 around 5:00 AM, a user with the ID 16673363 entered my live room and began hurling offensive insults. What’s worse, this individual didn’t stop with me—they went on to harass and verbally abuse other female streamers in different rooms.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and violates the platform’s own policies against harassment and abuse. I immediately reported the user, expecting swift action to protect both myself and others. But as of now, no visible steps have been taken to address the issue or ban the offending user.

We, as content creators who help keep this platform alive, deserve to feel safe and respected. I am calling on Xena to urgently investigate this incident and permanently ban the account in question. If Xena fails to act, it sends the message that abusive users can continue unchecked. Please take this matter seriously and ensure appropriate action is taken immediately.
