Xena Live Account Deletion Request Ignored - Data Still Active

I previously requested the permanent deletion of my Xena Live account and all associated data, but my request has still not been processed. I am no longer interested in your service and do not want my account to remain active in any way. I repeat my demand for you to permanently delete my account, remove all my personal data and any information linked to my profile from your systems, and ensure that my account cannot be reactivated in the future. I also request written confirmation, via email or in-app notification, that my account deletion request has been fully completed and that my earlier unprocessed request has been taken into account.
