If Xena Live won’t let you delete your account and you want to remove it permanently:
Check if the delete option exists in settings;
• Log in to your account
• Go to Profile → Settings
• Look for Delete Account / Deactivate Account
• Follow the confirmation steps if the option appears
• Screenshot the page if the option is missing
According to Xena’s terms, users can delete their account from the Settings menu when logged in.
Remove remaining requirements;
Sometimes deletion is blocked if:
• Your account still has coins, gifts, or balance
• You are linked to an agency or host program
• There are ongoing transactions or reports
Try withdrawing or using remaining balances first.
Disconnect third-party logins;
• Go to Settings → Account / Security
• Remove linked accounts like:
– Google
– Facebook
– Apple ID
This can sometimes unlock the deletion option.
Contact Xena Live support again;
Send a request with:
• Username or account ID
• Registered email or phone
• Screenshot showing you cannot delete the account
Ask them to permanently delete your account and personal data.
If they ignore your request, you can file a complaint on Xolvie to escalate the issue and push the company to remove your account.
