I am unable to access my X account because two-factor authentication is still linked to my old phone number. After changing my number, verification codes continue to be sent to the previous number, making it impossible for me to log in.
I have been trying to resolve this issue since October 11, providing all necessary information about my verified account. However, the only response I’ve received is a generic email with no real solution.
This is a simple issue that should have been resolved quickly. I demand immediate assistance to update my phone number and regain access to my account. Please prioritize this matter and provide a resolution without further delay.
