Can't Access My Spotify Account Due to Two-Factor Verification Issue

I've been unable to log into my Spotify account on my computer for quite some time now. The issue arose because my phone number changed, and with two-factor authentication, I can’t receive the verification code needed to access my account. I can’t proceed without this code, and there’s no way for me to update my phone number myself. I’ve tried to find a solution but haven’t been able to resolve this. I’m reaching out in hopes that Spotify will assist me in updating my phone number or provide another way to log in so I can regain access to my account.
